Luke Bryant, Associate, joined AHIB in 2023. Luke is currently covering the upper Midwest of the United States affordable housing market. Luke is also involved in all underwriting and analysis of deals that come through AHIB, as well as assisting with market research and marketing material preparation.

Luke earned his AS in Business Administration and General Studies while in high school from Ivy Tech Community College in 2021. During his time in high school and Ivy Tech Luke owned and operated Car Care Guys, a mobile car detailing business. Luke went on to receive his BS in Finance from Ball State University in 2022. During his time at Ball State he held positions as Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Club overseeing club operations and was Chair of the Marketing Committee with the Miller College of Business Dean’s Student Advisory Committee.

To be a successful affordable housing real estate broker you have to be knowledgeable in the industry and know the housing programs. Because AHIB speaks our language, they match us up with buyers that meet our sales price expectations and get us to the closing table. AHIB breaks down complicated HUD/LIHTC transactions to their simplest form.
